Meagan offers a variety of services for individuals and couples of all genders ages 18+.
Individual counseling sessions are 45-60 minutes and cover a variety of topics. These sessions are for adults of all genders, ages 18+, who are looking to improve the quality of their mental health and their life.
Occasionally, part of my work involves attending meetings, filling out forms, writing letters, or collaborating with other professionals to best support my clients. Due to the time that it takes for me to do this, I may charge $50 per hour of out-of-session work. I will not charge for anything that takes less than half an hour. Please note, I do not do any legal or court related appearances or paperwork.

Couples counseling sessions are 50-60 minutes and are intended for couples who are looking to improve communication, deepen their connection, process a recent life event (such as a parenthood or family transition), and improve the quality of their relationship.
Loved One Coaching sessions are 50 minute sessions for loved ones of someone who is struggling with an eating disorder. This is not therapy, but rather is a time to discuss your loved one's unique circumstances, receive support and education about eating disorders/recovery. This can be particularly helpful for parents and partners of someone struggling, but is not intended for the loved-ones of an individual client already working with Meagan.
Eating Disorder Assessment
Eating Disorder Assessments are 60 minute sessions intended to gather a history regarding someone's relationship with food, body, and exercise, in order to make recommendations for their care. These sessions are often helpful for folks who are unsure if they need treatment for an eating disorder or if they are unsure what type of treatment is right for them.
Clinical Consultation
I offer clinical consultations for other therapists or healthcare providers who are currently supporting a client/patient with an eating disorder, but who might want additional education or guidance on working with this population. I also provide consultations for professionals starting their private practice business.
