How can I help?

  • I work with clients ages 18+ to help them make peace with food and body, movement/exercise, and with themselves after years of disordered eating or chronic dieting.

  • I aim to help people stop the cycle of “not good enough” and step into their inner peace, whether that’s challenging OCD compulsions, or harnessing more self-compassion to manage anxiety spikes.

  • Becoming a parent is a huge life transition, and I greatly enjoy supporting new parents in their exploration of this role shift.

If you’ve been battling the feeling that you’re just not good enough, I provide a grounded space where we can explore the parts of you that are struggling—and begin the work of healing.
